Cancellation

More than 20 days before departure: Free of charge (excluding bank fee)
From 5 to 20 days before departure: 100% of the deposit
Less than 5 days before departure: 100% of the total rate
No Show: 100% of the total rate

Booking Confirmation

Deposit & Final Payment

A minimum 30% Deposit is required to secure spaces for the tour.
The final payment is required to be paid latest 7 days before your departure date.
If for any reason, the balance is not received according to the due date, the Tour Organisation reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you.

Pricing Policy for Children:

* Under 5 years old: Free of charge for the 1st child. The second child is charged 50% of the adult rate.

* From 5 to 6 years old: 50% on the rate for an adult.

* From 7 to 10 years old: 75% on the rate for an adult.

* From 11 years old: 100% on the rate for an adult.
